Eco Congregation
Eco-Congregation is an ecumenical programme
helping churches make the link between environmental issues and Christian
faith, and respond in practical action in the church, in the lives of
individuals, and in the local and global community.
At its November 2010 meeting, the PCC approved a
proposal to prepare for Step 1 of the Eco Congregation programme, known as
"Get Going".
Step 1 will help the congregation:
-
celebrate good practice which is
already happening
-
highlight areas for improvement
-
work out
priorities for action.
Over the
next 12-18 months we will be working
towards achievement of the Eco
Congregation Award, details of which can
be found on their website
here.
A Safe
Church
We
are currently implementing The Diocese of Southwark's policies, procedures
and guidelines for safeguarding children and adults who may be vulnerable,
and for responding to domestic abuse. To view the manual click
