(Adults & Kids)

"Hula hooping is now so much more than just keeping a hoop up around your waist, like it was back in the day. It has evolved into a method of expression and an art form: hoopdance. It's a great way to exercise by stretching and toning muscles, while dancing to music, easing stress and - most of all - having fun. People of all ages can learn to hoop and therefore learn a great-looking new skill, from kids right up to the elderly!
